My work is rooted in Life Regulation & Repatterning (LRR)—a structured approach to working with patterns at the level where they are formed, not just where they appear.
Through a blend of Expressive Arts Interventions, reflective practices, and neuroplasticity-informed approaches, I create experiences that are both practical and transformative.
My work spans clinical, institutional, and professional settings—including hospitals, universities, and corporate environments—through individual work, group programs, and workshops.
